ABOUT THE GUEST:
Jessica is a learning and talent development professional with experience in the higher education, healthcare, marketing, and advertising industries. She has experience designing organizational-wide learning programs tailored to multiple audiences and building learning evaluation models for behavior-based learning outcomes.
She is passionate about growing and supporting her local L&D community by serving as the Associate for Talent Development (ATD) California Young Professionals Orange County representative, a group dedicated to offering resources and engaging workshops geared toward L&D young professionals across California.
She holds a bachelor of arts degree in business management from Azusa Pacific University (APU) and a master of science in instructional design & technology from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF).
